TAG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, security, changes, outages, suspensions, errors, or performance.
The client may be responsible for maintaining compatible accounts, subscriptions, permissions, phone numbers, domains, or other third-party services needed for an automation system.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Communications
AI-generated or automated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misunderstood.
TAG designs and tests automation systems to improve reliability, but clients remain responsible for reviewing important information, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and deciding when a customer interaction requires personal attention.
Automation should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice.
SMS Messaging Terms
Thompson Automation Group SMS Messaging Program: By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Thompson Automation Group, you agree to receive consultation-related messages, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, and other communications consistent with the consent you provided.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Thompson Automation Group.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin after opting out, submit another website form, provide consent again, or otherwise request to receive messages.
